After a winter of training for a ski mountaineering race, I decided to combine my love for biking with skiing by strapping my skis to my bike and heading to the mountain. This video documents my quest to bag a fourteener from San Francisco on my bike.
With the goal of driving my 1975 VW Transporter until she died somewhere in the middle of the country and climbing as many rocks as we could along the way, we left Boston on our complete our dirtbag, hippie pilgrimage with sights set on San Francisco.
